Lola was never meant to be replaced. Born in 1946 in historic Southland Park, the cottage was lifted rather than leveled, then restored and reimagined as one of West Palm Beach’s most distinctive homes. For generations she was known as Casa del Árbol, the Tree House, after the banyan that stood at her heart. Her original character has been kept, and new architecture is set carefully around it, with natural materials and handcrafted detail throughout. She sits a block from the water and a short walk from Antique Row. Mornings under mature palms, evenings with family and friends in a home that already has a story. Coming home should feel like falling in love all over again.
